Rendition by Richard Miller
Recitation by Jayasāra
I humbly offer this rendition of the Pratyabijñāhṛdayam with gratitude to all my teachers, mentors, and spiritual brothers and sisters who have informed my understanding of Essential Nature over the past five plus decades, including, but not limited to Swami Satchidananda, Laura Cummings, Stephen Chang, J. Krishnamurti, Ādi Da, TKV Desikachar, Dada Gavand, Swami Bua, Jean Klein, Christopher Wallis, Joan Ruvinsky, and the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramesh Balsekar, Swami Lakshmanjoo, and Jaideva Singh,. May this rendition serve the many who with curiosity and openness utilize it to inquire into and realize their deepest essential nature. These precious teachings are designed to help us become a light to ourselves, and all those we meet. In this spirit, as these teachings do not belong to anyone, feel free to read and freely pass on with my permission this rendition.
